YOGA KEOWEE (YK) offers a variety of yoga approaches to help you in achieving and maintaining optimal health. 

Classes at YK are taught in a multi-level format, suitable for all. We encourage you to stay connected to your body, and take breaks as needed. Our teachers are here for you and we encourage you to ask questions and to be open with feedback.

We offer group classes, individually designed series, and specialized programs at multiple times of the day to accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority; see how we can help you make the most out of your time.

HOT POWER YOGA

Hot Power Yoga: This is an all-levels hot, power flow yoga class appropriate for everyone. Offering a challenging flow, with options given for modifications. Studio is heated.

This particular class helps build a strong body from which one can transition into new positions and exercises.This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

WARM FLOW

Warm Flow is great for beginners or those who want to refine their practice. Emphasis is on foundational poses, breath work and alignment.  Studio space is warm, but comfortable.

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.

YOGA + MEDITATION

Yoga + Meditation: A Flow yoga class with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation. Class moves through a series of fluid, energetic movements, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures. The first 5 minutes and final 5-10 minutes of class unwinds with a concentrated focus on your attention and mind through a guided meditation. Well-suited for those with stress, anxiety or trouble sleeping.

$7 COMMUNITY CLASS

$7 Community Class is the same class as our Warm Flow option yoga class taught by certified teachers in training.  Warm Flow is great for beginners or those who want to refine their practice. Emphasis is on foundational poses, breath work and alignment.  Studio space is warm, but comfortable.
